| How to book your Dance Party: First call the studio (724) 238-3400 and confirm that the date you would like is available. All parties are reserved on a first come first serve basis. It is a good idea to plan your birthday party at least a month in advance. This gives us time to plan for the party supplies and staff to make your day enjoyable. To secure your date and time, you will need to turn in a completed birthday party form along with a $20.00 non-refundable deposit. You will receive a confirmation after your deposit has been received. The balance of the party is due at least 48 hours before the party. If a party is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will be given a refund, minus the deposit and a $20.00 cancellation fee. |
